Grow America is a resource center dedicated to health for young adults, ages 12 – 19 in the United States. There are many important issues our teens and adolescents face every day in this country, and it is our goal to give them a safe space to discuss these issues and explore solutions. Social media has created a horrible, destructive atmosphere for many adolescents and teens. Our goal is to provide a space on the internet in which teens and adolescents may receive healthy information that will contribute to their overall well-being.
Teens and adolescents are the future of our nation. It is beneficial to all Americans to invest in the education and health of our youth. Without our children, we have no future. If you are a parent or a teacher, it’s imperative that you are discussing these health topics with your children: mental health, addiction, diet, exercise, bullying, self-esteem, etc. They need to understand that they have an adult to talk to about these issues.
Teens and adolescents deal with all sorts of issues. From substance abuse to depression to childhood obesity. Fortunately, there are many organizations and groups that are here to help. Here you will find many helpful resources for teens and adolescents.
